Hydrography - Annex 1

The INSPIRE Hydrography theme dataset provides information on Lithuania's natural hydrographic features: rivers, lakes, wetlands, and man-made hydrographic features such as ponds, ditches and dams. It also includes river basin districts and sub-basins of the Lithuanian territory.

Statement: The dataset for the INSPIRE theme "Hydrography" has been developed using information from the M1:10 000 Georeferenced Cadastral Spatial Dataset (GRPK; dataset provider - Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania), the Cadastre of Rivers, Lakes and Ponds of the Republic of Lithuania (UETK: dataset provider - Environmental Protection Agency), and the data from river basin districts and sub-basins (dataset provider - Environmental Protection Agency).

The output data set is created by State Enterprise GIS-Centras, Lithuania.
